Any parts of your property that have problems with dog waste, such as flower beds, dog runs, and the front, back, and side yards, will be cleaned by Scoopey Troop®.
Our team’s safety, your safety, and the safety of your pets come first. We’ll move your service to the next day if hazardous working conditions, such as intense rain or lightning, are present. We’ll come back on your next planned service day if that isn’t feasible. If there is a lot of snow and your yard is totally covered, we will either wait for it to melt or reschedule your service for the next week.
Indeed! At all of our locations, Scoopey Troop® offers dog waste collection services all year round. We will continue to give services even during the winter. The majority of the garbage that builds up in areas with snow is still scoopable.
At Scoopey Troop®, we put our clients’ and their dogs’ safety first. We use a kennel-grade disinfectant to clean our shoes and equipment in between each yard to stop the transmission of germs and guarantee the safety of all the dogs. In addition to making sure all of our staff members have undergone background checks, we also snap gate photos when cleaning is complete to let you know your pets won’t leave the yard.
Yes, we have complete insurance! Even though we take great care of your belongings, you won’t be held liable for any unforeseen expenses in the unlikely event of an accident.
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
No, our pooper scooper services do not include arrival timings. We will try our best to work with your schedule, but in order to keep expenses down, we plan our routes to drive at midnight the day before services are finished.
Instead of charging a monthly fee, we bill the card that is on file after every service. This guarantees that you only pay for services that are finished. You won’t be billed if you skip a service for whatever reason.
We are aware that unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise, such as forgetting to unlock the gate, being out of town, or having to scoop the yard yourself. Simply contact us by phone or email us at scoopeytroop@gmail.com, and we will be pleased to reschedule.
